Shipping Policy

Each purchase is different, however we ship fully-insured via FedEx overnight, with adult signature required, within 7-10 business days from purchase and clearing of payment funds. Shipping address must match address and details of payment account. Domestic shipping within the United States is complimentary. 

We do charge a small fee for some international shipping. 

Duties and Taxes - Buyers are required to pay the duties and taxes imposed during import to their country. We are not able to estimate or waive these fees.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns
Our watches are second hand and vintage objects. Due to the nature of these items we do not provide any warranty regarding the parts or timekeeping, and we do not accept returns beyond the initial 3 day review period.

Our review policy lasts 3 days from delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer cash refunds, all refunds and returns are provided via store credit.

Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Scratches, signs of new wear and tear, anything not present before being sent out. We photograph every piece in detail before shipping.
Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 10 business days.
If you are approved, then we will provide you with notification of approval along with your refund in the form of store credit.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us immediately at

Shipping
Do not ship your item ground or standard shipping. Do not ship the item back without first contacting and receiving a response from collectingseconds@gmail.com. Once you have received confirmation and instructions about return shipping, we will provide you with a return address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you do not use our pre-printed shipping label for returns, you accept the liability if the package does not arrive safely. We strongly encourage you to use our printed labels, but if you don not, we strongly encourage you to contact us before shipping and use a trackable shipping service.
